Autoresponder would never replace human being. For everyone at least at average level is easy to find out you don’t speak to a person – it disqualifies that company for me.

The problem is that if You care about Your customers/users You cannot just threat them with autoresponder. They need to feel that You care about them and their problems. There is nothing worst then get some stupid answer from an autoresponder if You really have a problem.

My predecessor is right. Autoresponders won’t answer with a real name. Maybe for vacation it’s ok but not normally

Email autoresponders are an excellent tool for automating email follow up. It is a must have tool for any website.
Check out my new website, it contains reviews for Aweber, Getresponse, Trafficwave, iContact and Stream Send and compares various features of each:

It’s not that autoresponders will replace us, just that we handle life and business easier with them.
